When we first opened our doors in 2018, we had a vision: to give Waterlooville something it could be proud of.
The idea began with a love for “posh fried chicken,” something that’s affectionately been known as dirty food. Over the years, that vision has evolved, and Koop+Kraft has grown into a steakhouse offering our classic burgers and fried chicken as well as mouthwatering steaks.
What hasn’t changed is the passion behind it all—serving high-quality comfort food with a twist. Koop+Kraft has become a favourite spot for locals to gather, whether it’s for a celebration or a relaxed evening out.

Dining in
IF I BOOK TO SIT AT THE BAR/COUNTER, ARE WE STILL OKAY TO EAT?
It’s absolutely fine to sit at these tables and order food.
DO WE NEED TO PRE-ORDER?
For tables of eight or above, we do ask for pre-orders where possible to help with our speed of service and to ensure we have everything in stock.
WHAT ARE YOU SUNDAY ROAST TIMES?
We offer our Sunday Roast from 12pm every Sunday. We keep going until we run out or until around 5pm which is when we offer main menu only - whichever comes first!
ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?
In the early evening, we allow well-behaved dogs into some parts of the restaurant. As the night goes on though we're a little too tight for doggies we're afraid!
DO YOU HAVE HIGHCHAIRS?
We have a few highchairs on a first-come, first-serve basis available.

I’M HAVING TROUBLE BOOKING A TABLE ONLINE, CAN YOU HELP?
Of course! We can try but most of our table booking options would be displayed online, if you can’t find a time you want then it’s likely we’re already fully booked for that timeslot.
I’VE BOOKED A TABLE BUT CAN’T MAKE IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please give us as much notice as possible we are a small business and this impacts us greatly anything less than three hours notice will put our Booking Policy into effect.
$5.00 per head - You may be charged this fee in case of a no-show or late cancellation.

You can cancel until 20 minutes before your reservation without being charged. You may be charged in case of later cancellation.
HOW NECESSARY IS IT TO BOOK?
Whilst we do accept walk ins, we advise booking a table to avoid disappointment in the event there are no spaces available on your arrival especially during busier times.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE RESTAURANT IN THE EVENING?
Of course - well-behaved children are welcome at all times!
WE ARE CELEBRATING A BIRTHDAY, CAN WE DECORATE OUR TABLE?
Feel free to bring decorations, we just ask that you please do not bring confetti as this stains our tables.
WE WANT TO STAY LATER THAN OUR TABLE BOOKING, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Each table is allocated for 2 hours before it can then be rebooked. If you would like your table for longer, please call us on 023 9225 5100 and we will try our best to accommodate this.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We currently deliver to PO7 & PO8.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
We aim for 30-45 minutes on average but during our busiest periods this may creep up towards an hour.
WHAT SHALL I DO IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
The quickest way to solve any delivery issues is phone, or alternatively message us via our social platforms

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
We're open six days a week. Tuesday - Thursday from 5pm until 10:30pm. Friday and Saturday from 4pm til late and then Sunday from 12pm.

There’s a pay and display car park on the opposite side of the road to the side of the restaurant. This is usually free after 6pm too!
