Delivery/collection
Q. What’s the best way to order for delivery/collection?
A. The easiest way to order is via our Koop+Kraft app (download this from the app store or Google play) There are a number of benefits by ordering through our app, including better discounts and less ordering restrictions – so we highly recommend that you download the app.

Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. We currently deliver to PO7 & PO8.
Q. I just tried to order for takeaway tonight but is says you are closed/not allowing me to order?
A. We pride ourselves on quality service and delivering when we say we will - so when things get busy we turn off our machines and don’t accept any more orders for up to 30 mins so we don’t get behind and can get all current orders out.
Please feel free to pop us a message on Facebook or Instagram where we can give you an estimate of when we will turn the machines back on, although this is usually only 15 – 30 mins.
Q. Is delivery/takeaway menu different to dining in?
A. Yes, there are some differences to each menu.

Q. Can I order alcoholic drinks for delivery/collection?
A. You can order a range of wine, beer & gin.
Q. What if something is wrong with my order?
A. Please let us know straight away by sending us a private message on Facebook or Instagram or by calling the restaurant on 023 9225 5100
Q. Do you cater for Gluten Free?
A. We do! Please look out for the GF next to items. We can also offer other GF options so please get in contact to discuss.

A. If you have an allergy please contact us before you book/order so we can discuss. Please also let us know when you order by leaving very clear notes in the note section, these steps are so we can make triple sure your meal is prepared with the utmost care to minimize cross-contamination.

Dining in
Q. If I book to sit at the bar/counter, can I order and eat food at those seats?
A. It’s absolutely fine to sit at these tables and order food.

Q. I’ve booked a table but can’t make it, what should I do?
A. Please give us as much notice as possible we are a small business and this impacts us greatly, you can let us know in the following ways

Q. Do I have to book a table or can I walk in?
A. Whilst we do accept walk ins, we advise booking a table to avoid disappointment in the event there are no spaces available on your arrival.
Q. Are children allowed in the restaurant in the evening?
A. Of course! Children are welcome at Koop+Kraft at all times.
Q. We are celebrating a birthday, can we decorate our table?
A. Feel free to bring decorations, we just ask that you please do not bring confetti as this stains our tables.
Q. We want to stay later than our table booking, is this possible?
A. Each table is allocated for 2 hours before it can then be rebooked. If you would like your table for longer, please call us on 023 9225 5100 and we will try our best to accommodate this. Alternatively, please send us a message on Instagram/Facebook or fill out the contact form here.
Q. I need to add an extra person/s to my table booking is this possible?
A. It depends on your table size and which table you have been allocated. Please call us on 023 9225 5100 and we will try our best to accommodate this. Alternatively, please send us a message on Instagram/Facebook or fill out the contact form here.

A. Our customer’s safety is paramount to us, to ensure we are keeping up to date with the current situation, we closely monitor and follow the government guidelines for the hospitality sector.
Q. What payment options do you accept?
A. We accept cash. Debit cards and all major credit cards. Contactless payments can be made up to the value of £100
